1. Our commitment and accreditations (GRC)
As a firm accredited by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Empreintes Experts is obligated to comply with strict regulations regarding the protection of personal information that go well beyond existing government laws on this matter, including Bill 25.
A physical security inspection report of the operating site — the purpose of which is to ensure the protection, confidentiality and integrity of the “protected A” personal information transmitted to it by its clients — was carried out by an agent of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in March 2021 with an update in May 2023. A whole section of this inspection deals with the collection, storage and destruction of sensitive information.
Empreintes Experts is committed to respecting the personal information of its clients, employees, applicants, and all other visitors to its website who voluntarily choose to provide us with personal information. We understand the importance of ensuring the proper protection and management of the personal information you share with us.
