Privacy policy and personal information
As a firm accredited by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Empreintes Experts is obliged to comply with strict regulations governing the protection of personal information that go far beyond existing government legislation in this area, notably Bill 25. A physical security inspection of the Empreintes Experts site of operation, the purpose of which is to ensure the protection, confidentiality and integrity of "Protected A" personal information transmitted to Empreintes Experts by its clients, was carried out by an agent of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in March 2021, with an update in May 2023. Part of this inspection deals with the collection, storage and destruction of sensitive information.
Empreintes Experts is sensitive to the personal information of its customers, employees, applicants, and all other visitors to its Web site who decide to voluntarily transmit personal information to us.
