Complete the form to receive your CPIC criminal record. A secure computer link will be e-mailed to you to authenticate your identity, and an electronic signature will be requested. You will then receive your report according to the delivery method you have chosen. One of our employees will contact you to arrange payment.
- Please note that if the CPIC application is to be completed using fingerprints, this method is not appropriate.
- Requests received after 4.30 pm are processed the next working day, when our offices are open.
